Ed came out to the Melissa area this morning to repair some damage caused by a playful kitten. He did a very professional job for a reasonable price. He was courteous and the repairs were perfect. I would definitely recommend Dallas Carpet Repair to friends and call Ed again if I need any carpet work done in the future. Great Job!

I couldn’t have asked for more. Ed was wonderful. From the start he was very professional and personable. Being the curious onlooker I am, Ed explained everything he was doing and why. He took his time, had quality work, and was genuinely trustworthy. He did what he said he could do, and charged what he said he was going to charge. If I ever need carpet repair again, I will insist on Ed and Dallas Carpet Repair.

Ed is Awesome! We needed our carpets stretched at the last minute…out with old furniture and in with new. Did not realize how bad our carpets were. Excellent quality, on time, and best price in town! I had a problem with rips in the carpet due to poor installation 5 years ago. Ed was able to use some left over carpet I had and repair them in a timely manner. Big advice, save a piece of your carpet and keep Dallas Carpet Repair’s number handy!

I found them through an Internet search because they popped up first in the results, called them first, and they called me right back in five minutes.

I needed to have my carpet repaired, and I didn’t want to use a big chain store. I just felt like I’d be at the mercy of the person doing the repairs, like when your car needs repairs and your completely at the mercy of the mechanic. I have no idea about the process and wouldn’t know if I was being hoodwinked or paying a lot of money for something that could be done for a lot less.
I decided I wanted to go with a smaller, independent company. I went online and read different reviews and decided to use Dallas Carpet Repair. I decided to email them and see if I got a response. I got a response really quickly, that same day. I chatted with Ed and he seemed very professional. He explained everything to me right away. He knew what he had to do, and how to do it. I felt like he was honest and wasn’t trying to up-sell me or pull one over on me. I thought he was great and was very accommodating and trustworthy. Ed was great and I am more than happy to refer him to others!
I also really like that Ed is using social media as a vehicle to help his business get more exposure. He has a Facebook page for Dallas Carpet Repair and went on there and “liked” his page. I definitely think he needs to get it rolling with more activity. He should add pictures of the work he does and more comments to help keep people informed. I think it’s a great way to get his business out there and seen by more people!

Review: Dallas Carpet Repair was responsive to our requests. They sought to do the task in the best interest of us, not just to save us money. They repaired our carpet after some flooding happened around the fireplace. They did good work and also arranged a carpet cleaning for us, which meant no extra work for me.
