Uh oh! You came home and discovered Fido tried to dig his way out of the apartment. Not good, especially if the Apartment Management doesn’t even know about Fido.
Don’t want to lose that deposit?
Don’t want to get charged for a whole room of carpet just because of a little damage?
Then you’ve come to the right place. We’ve saved hundreds of deposits over the years for apartment dwellers and their pets and we can help you.
Here’s how it works:
In order to do a repair in an apartment we need carpet from the same installation of your existing carpet. There’s only 2 ways to do this.
1. Approach your complex for help. No bueno, cuz you don’t want to set off alarms and the run the risk of losing your deposit.
2. Our little secret – we borrow what we need for the repair out of the dark corner of a closet elsewhere in your apartment.
“Hey what about the hole left behind in the closet?” Great question, and we have an answer.
Chances are pretty high that the carpet in your apartment is what’s commonly known as Builder Grade carpet. A quick trip to Home Depot or Lowes and you can find a pretty good match. You will not find an exact match but you can get really close.
Close works in a closet but not in an open area. Even if you bought a foot of carpet it’ll cost about $20 or you can use what we have available on our trucks but there is no guarantee that it will match.
